Nice but not worth it. No breakfast and £12 parking.

Clean. Comfortable and warm.

For the price you would expect a quick breakfast to be included. And parking is like £12. Which is not told until your at the hotel. It’s only £12. But without the breakfast dosnt seem worth it. Will look for somewhere else next time with breakfast and free parking

Chic and cozy for a short stay but don’t book if you want a hotel with a spa.

I loved the room, pretty cozy but chic. Quite small and basic with no extras like a wardrobe and fridge, but we just stayed for a night and that’s all we needed. Perfectly clean and good design. Good hot breakfast, varied and even had veggie/vegan options! Had a quick drink in the evening, bar staff was friendly and helpful.

I was quite disappointed by the wellness centre: a little outdated in the looks and needs some rofurbisments to all areas; the walls had damp and fallen paintwork, lockers with no locks and had a general look of neglect. Pool and hot tub were too busy and had to queue a while to get into the sauna as entry is extended to non-guests. Stayed only for 40 mins then gave up.

A good location. Room needed a freshen up(damaged paintwork)

The location was good for a base to explore. The staff were pleasant. Check in & Out was smooth. Good facilities.

The room could do with updating. The sink was very damaged. Lots of chipped paint. There was a substance that had been spilt on the wall. Needs a little decorating and tidy up

Situated near to relatives.

The room was nicely decorated.The Bed comfortable, We did not stay for breakfast. Had a nice drink in the bar the day of arriving,The bar staff very pleasant.

Our room seemed a little cramped. The shower light wasn't working.Thought where the tea and coffee kettle were not situated in a safe place.Under where you hang you coats ,And other clothing.The lighting in the room although lots of lamps, still felt dark. Would benefit from ceiling lights.

This hotel is at the right location for me will continue to use.

The location, the decor of the room and lovely comfy bed.

On arrival no one at reception, had to wait for a bit. On booking asked to have room at the back, on arrival was given room at the front. Had to go back to reception to get another room. Room had no heating, asked for a heater, was told would get it in 15 min, an hour later had to ring down to reception to remind as still had no heater. Rooms are lovely but difficult to dry hair/do makeup....no mirror by window, just really large TV.

Nice room, swimming pool and jacuzzi, price, comfortable bed, check out at 12 was brilliant, not many hotels allow for guests to stay past 10am, free parking

Awkward closing times for the pool ( I came for one night only, hoping to enjoy the pool, check In was not possible before 3 pm and after I checked in and made my way to the pool I was told that the pool closes at 5pm so I wasn’t able to use it. it shuts at 12 on other days as well and doesn’t re-open until 4:30pm so bare that in mind. Also you could hear it loudly when room next door was using the toilet or shower ( louder than in other hotels I’ve been to ), not the best service form the receptionist - didn’t give us all the information, we had to ask loads of questions about everything

Cold!

Speed of check in and out

When we arrived the room was very cold and the air conditioning didn’t seem to work. After an hour I called reception to be told someone would look into. After another hour we had heard nothing and tried to call reception a further 2 times and there was no answer. When we checked out the next day we mentioned the lack of heating and response and received a non discript apology from reception who had no note of our situation/complaint! Not impressed!

Excellent staff

Staff were excellent made you feel welcome also the bar was open late which is a good thing when you dont want water. I would recommend and definitely return in the near future.

One small thing.. I think I was next to the boiler room as it felt like airplanes was on top of me but I soon sorted the problem by turning the TV up a touch more

Room was lovely.

Room was lovely. Good location. Efficient check in and out. Breakfast was ok..maybe 7 out of 10.

Swimming pool staff not exactly friendly. Changing room felt very grimey and unpleasant. Toddlers swimming group in morning when i really wanted a peaceful swim. Maybe save the pool for residents until 11.00am.

Good - all in all.

On the day we were there the hotel was running a 6 nations cocktail exhibit, which was a really nice touch. Gin and Jazz apparantly. Enjoyed it.

The air con in the room was running at about 28 when getting to the room, meaning it was a sauna. The toiletries were really bad single use plastic tubes with snap off tops and a plastic bag on the soap..., not really impressed with the ecological considerations once you think of rolling this up for the amount of rooms and amount of guests and number of hotels. OUCH.

For work We have been brilliant if everything was worke

Staff were very helpful and gluten free food available.

TV reception poor, leisure facilities closed because of technical reasons, its why we booked this hotel. House phone didn't work so had to go down to reception re pool, and other enquiries. Safe didn't work and no one came to fix it.

For an overnight stay with friends, great location, this comfortable hotel ticked all the boxes.

Check-in was very efficient, secure car parking was also included, with friendly attentive staff. Comfortable rooms, with all the facilities you would expect. After a day in the City, we had lovely tasty paninis with fries, with plenty of choice of drinks from the bar. The breakfast choice was excellent, from cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, choice of breads to toast, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, baked beans, potato rosti, scambled egg plus poached or fried eggs cooked to order. Assorted teas and coffees were available.

Just an observation, at breakfast, the coffee machines were only able to supply black coffee despite offering different coffee options.
